Take of my being
And return it all
To the earth that
Bears our burdensome beings
Pour my soul
Till not a drop remains
Into the seas and rivers
That drench our parched souls
Light my self
Till there are naught but ashes
Into all the stars
That guide our lost selves
Tear my heart
To tiny fragments
And stick them on people
Who carry lonely broken hearts
But take not
One part of my being
A single piece of my soul
A lone spark of my self
A tiny shard of my heart
And pour it into a vacuum
An emptiness wrought of negation
A barren land deserted of emotion
I would rather abdicate the right to be
And of such nothingness set me free
